What we collect
When you request a white paper, a dossier, or send us your project, we record what you enter in the form (name, email address and your answers), together with the date and time, your IP address and browser identifier. We use this to send you what you asked for, to prepare a dossier, and to follow up with you about your project.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter. We may contact you once about your request; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two preferences in your browser (your language and your light/dark choice) so the site remembers them; these are functional settings, not tracking, and they never leave your device.
Where your data is kept
Submissions are stored on our web server, hosted by OVHcloud, and delivered to us by email. They are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to jacques@synaptiks.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these rights are those set out in the GDPR.
