How a property transaction is handled
Where a property purchase follows, it is conducted by a licensed Florida real-estate brokerage under Florida law, with a written representation agreement, and all real-estate compensation flows through that brokerage. The licensed name of the brokerage will appear adjacent to the contact information on this site, as required by Florida's real-estate advertising rules.
Founder status
Jacques Kempin holds no active Florida real-estate license at this time and does not act as a licensee. Any real-estate services will be provided only once licensed and only through the licensed brokerage identified above.
